  • Larry is one of the good ones. I have been using Larry's services for years and he does a spectacular job. He is thorough in his inspections, explains things in a way you can understand, and catches items that most inspectors would miss. I once had a client who was purchasing a condo and during the inspection Larry discovered mold that was growing inside the walls. This mold was growing due to a leaky pipe from the upstairs neighbor and you'd never know it was there. It was incredible that he found it. In the end he not only saved my client thousands of dollars in future repairs, but he probably saved their health too. He is my go to inspector for my clients homes as well as my own. I can't recommend his services enough.
