I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a convention in downtown Phoenix. This hotel is undergoing putting some finishing touches on this newly opened hotel after some extensive remodeling in an historic bank building.
While there were some issues encountered during my stay, I want to say Mr. Bernard Garnier couldn't have been more gracious in making sure all of the inconveniences were taken care of by doing everything possible to ensure the Hilton 100% satisfaction guarantee was fulfilled.
This is why I am a member of the Hilton Honors program, and Mr. Garnier's attention to detail in this matter, ensures I will continue to be a loyal customer to the Hilton Garden Inn brand as I travel throughout the western U.S.
