  • My primary referred me to Dr. McDermott. The person that handles check out for this doctor is horrible. The doctor wanted me to have an ultra sound done on my abdomen. This person did not request pre-auth would no return any of my calls. I had made the appointment, the other medical facility are the ones that contacted me to advise they still had not recieved the referral and authorization. When I called Dr McDermott to speak to this persons manager I was told she is the only one I could speak too!!!!
