  • I love the Casbah! I agree that perhaps they should add some specials from time to time to the menu; however, the food is consistently good. Unlike other pretentious restaurants, they don't pretend to be what they aren't. The wait staff is professional, especially Seth and Joseph and the bartenders, Oliver and Fiona are always eager to make your experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Casbah ; I feel consistency plays a huge factor in the success of a restaurant.
