The worst in customer service!!! Was in the store several weeks ago to buy a bedroom set that was on sale but the nightstand was no longer available. So instead my wife and I looking at a set of living room tables. We decided on a set that included a coffee table, end table, chair table and console table for $1300.00. So the sales person asks about delivery which costs an additional $99.00 Long story short, but the choices are noon-6pm or 6pm to midnight!! Well let's see??? I get up at 5am and get home at 230pm so neither works! So next they said they deliver on weekends for $130!! I left the store. A couple weeks later I decided to order the same pieces on the website and pick them up myself. Three of the four pieces were available in 2 days but the console table was back ordered two weeks plus. I just picked it up today. It weighs 102 pounds. I open the box and get the top layer of styrofoam and styro-paper off and notice that one of the corners is badly damaged. Customer service asks me to email a photo while we're talking. He gets the photo and says the table is back order three weeks!! I say ok but I would like the replacement delivered for the inconvenience. He says $99 for delivery!!! I told him I would be returning all the piece of "shit" furniture for a FULL refund!
