  • So, I was meeting my friend for a girls day to get our nails done and we decided to go to fashion nails. First of all it was the most awkward experience I've ever had. The lady didn't even speak to me... she wouldn't make eye contact. She did not file my toe nails. She literally burnt me with one of the hot rocks (I really have a blister on the top of my foot) she did not even apologize. Then the lady doing my pregnant friends nails was "massaging" her feet but in all reality the girl was just digging her nails into her feet. Then after, she refused to give her a pair of the disposable flip flops and insisted her toe nails were dry. I was trying to be "the bigger person" and not make a big deal about it... so I paid.. then moments later realized that I should not have paid for the service I had received. A five year old could have done a better job. I spoke to a manager and she would not give me a full refund even after explaining/showing her my foot. She explained that she would do it better next time. Listen, why the hell would I go back again.. I would rather pour hot oil in my eyes. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 review.
