  • I really have come to dislike this Earth Fare. Most people working there are rude and/or without any personality. Whenever I order meats from the butcher they act like I'm bothering them. I think she is a manager, Selena, is about as rude as they come. I cannot believe that they do not get daily complaints about their general customer service especially with the 5-star level of customer service that Harris Teeter and Publix (just across the street) provide every time I shop there. Earth Fare really needs to take some time to create an environment where their employees greet you with a smile and a have a nice day. It's not that hard. I really do like a lot of the products they have at Earth Fare but I cannot continue to shop there when I leave feeling like I just inconvenienced every employee I encountered.
