| - Overall, I'll say my experience was decent. Fair price for my trade-in, fair price for the new car. I did purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Much to my surprise, and for the first time that I've ever purchased a car, new or pre-owned, they did not deliver the car with a full tank of gas. I was told that they have not done this for several years on pre-owned. So I spend over $26K plus fees (DOC fee's here are high, get them to knock them down a bit) and buy extended warranty, and they can not pony up to give me a full tank of gas. Never in a million years would I have thought I would need to work this into negotiations.
Again, I will say the sales staff were nice and not pushy, as was the Finance person. Sales Manager that evening was a typical Used Car type. The dealership would have gotten 4.5 stars, if not for this EPIC FAIL in customer service.
C'mon guys, you're making a respectable profit on the vehicles, and from the other reviews, you're more than making up for it in the cost of service. Give your pre-owned customers a full tank of gas. The customer service points are well worth it.
