  • Our Honest Love Project experience was comfortable, relaxed, laid-back and fun! Sandy Tam was our wedding photographer over 5 years ago, so we already knew what an amazing photographer she was. When we found out she was launching the Honest Love Project, my husband and I immediately jumped at the opportunity to book a family session with our new baby boy. Sandy and her team were friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. Melinda Mei-Yan Liu did a fantastic job with my make-up that day. We also loved the homey set-up at the loft, staged by Lisa Wu. Our son was only 4 months old then, and got a bit fussy during the shoot. Sandy told us to take our time to try to calm him down. She was so understanding and patient with us. Sandy has a great eye and the natural gift of capturing special moments, pure emotion and genuine love, so the concept of the Honest Love Project is totally perfect and most fitting for Sandy's heartwarming, true-to-life photography. Our HLP photos turned out so beautifully that we printed some of them out to frame them and use them as table centerpieces and godparent gifts at our son's Baptism.
