| - I love this spa. It's not big, fancy, nor extravagant as the others ones I've been to.
But I love it.
It's managed to strip away all the hoopla, the fancy distractions and just "be a true spa" experience. It's designed to feel very Swedish, good use of space and most importantly, feels like a retreat. It's dark, with narrow spaces but high ceiling, giving you the feeling of being in a space completely away from the world. The pools are hot, the rain shower wall is cold and the sauna is just right. It's rarely ever busy and the crowd here is generally not obnoxious.
The cleaning staff is attentive to things like wet floors, and can be seen cleaning surfaces or restocking the vanity area.
Our massage was lovely, we got a couples massage in the same room (doesn't even matter if you aren't a couple) and we were allowed to take our time getting dressed/undressed and not shuffled around for the next guest. Also, no upsell on products which I like.
The only thing that sets this place from a full 5 star is the price, it's just as expensive as the Encore spa.
Big plus the grapefruit water is delicious as well.
