  • These guys are shady! We signed up for ASG in January 2013. We signed a contract for 3 years with a "rate lock" at $29.95. Mid-way through our contract, we got hit with a "company-wide increase." What's the point of a rate lock? When I called to question this, the customer service gal Cindy told me that I can either cancel my contract for $539 or she would give me another "rate lock" at the increased price and extend my contract an extra year 23 months. So when will this next "rate lock" get hit with a "company-wide increase?" They are just shady and untrustworthy.
