  • Been Living here for 2 years. I DO recommend it. However the rent has gone up to about $1040 for a 2 bedroom, thats why i need to move. --- I read some other reviews that there is a bug problem? I live on the 2nd floor and have NEVER seen a bug in my unit. NOT ONE. I am actually very impressed! The place is very quiet.... (usually) ok, there have been some loud neighbors and incidents but thats normal day to day living and not the managements fault. I like the management. They are very friendly and if you need something fixed they take care of it right away. I'm good with Monaco Park. I feel safe here. Garage parking (storage) is available for an extra $80 a month AND Units come with your own Washer / Dryer! Very convenient.
