Had great customer experience with Shaffer & Sons. I discovered Thursday that my AC was blowing hot air instead of cold. It was 111 degrees outside and my in house temp had been increasing to as high as 94 degrees by late afternoon. There was no way to get a tech the same day but scheduled a visit for the following day. The tech, Jeremy, arrived early afternoon on Friday. Following just a few minutes of triage, determined that the problem was the thermostat. He ran out to the truck and found a new replacement and installed it in minutes. Everything was running again and blowing cold air in less than an hour. I should note that because I have a home warranty policy, the visit only cost a total of $65.00.
