This is our 2nd day at the MGM Grand stay well grand Queen suite. We just came back from the spa downstairs, and when we opened our mini fridge, there were little cards in the mini fridge that said personal items are not allowed in the fridge and they charged us about $1,000 for a "restocking" fee for all the items that we moved. The fridge has a sensor when items are removed. We didn't drink nor eat anything from this room. We just moved the items aside to put our own drinks in the mini fridge. We called the front desk and they said that they'll have to come up to see if any items were I. Fact consumed.
We would not have had this problem if they had put those warning cards in the fridge in the first place. Only after the fact that we've moved those items that they placed those cards on the fridge. If we had known, we wouldn't have touch their crap!
Then they charge refrigerators for $25 a day! And hot water kettle for $25 a day too! This nickel and diming us is bullshit. We just spent A LOT of money gambling and using their spa. No other hotel that I went to does this. We're Not gambling nor coming back to this hotel again!
