rev:text	Ordered a pair of road shoes on Thursday June 21, paid for NDA, website states that if order is placed before 4pm EST, NDA is guaranteed, order was placed at 3:27pm. Called Friday morning to get an estimated delivery and was told they did not ship even though order was placed 30 min before stated deadline via website. I then ordered another pair just to get them in for Saturday (scheduled bike fit) paid for another pair and selected Sat delivery at 10 am Friday morning through customer service rep who stated they would definitely ship on Friday and be delivered on Sat. Called customer service on Saturday and was advised they didn't ship either and were on backorder. Terrible customer service and communication internally not to know the true ship times and inventory. Overall impression was more than disappointing and response to issues unsatisfactory. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
