  • Needed my house re-keyed. Jeff answered the phone right away, gave me a lot of flexibility in appointment times, and an accurate estimate upfront. He texted me with an estimated appointment window and updates as he got closer. Once at my house, he was able to rekey my locks and cut new keys in about 10 minutes. Overall a great experience. Hopefully won't have to contact him again, but definitely recommending to all my friends and family that need a great locksmith!
