  • This is a slightly random review as it is based solely on customer service as I was not a guest of the hotel. Needed desperately to print out tickets to an event my BF and I were already late to arrive at (who still requires printed tickets in this day and age??). Was not a guest of the hotel but the front desk gentleman printed my paperwork for me with no hassle and a smile. THANK YOU GLADSTONE!! I truly appreciate the favour and will definitely be back as a guest soon!
