Every time...and I mean every freakin' time I make my way home I stop here. Not like this is on the drive in or anything...I drive outside my way to get here. So my mom wanted me to pick up beef short ribs. Yes, I will admit...I don't know what the hell they look like (I'm not a big meat eater). So I look...and look...and look...nothing labeled as such. I was about to admit defeat when a lightbulb flickered (did I mention how much I hate shopping and looking for things?) The butcher! So I asked politely in my very clueless voice about short ribs...and the butcher cut them right for me, no problem. And he didn't make me feel stupid either.
My only problem with this store...it's huge. And because I'm not in the store frequently, I have to search for everything. At the end, after finding everything on my list...I was down to one thing (baby carrots). By that time I was sick and tired of asking employees where items were located. The genius in me should have thought near the fresh vegetables...and I did eventually. It literally took me 3 minutes and getting sidetracked looking at the popcorn machine and candy. Ugh they are determined to make me buy things I don't need. I swear I feel set up every time I go shopping!
