  • Can't get ahold of anyone. Our lease ended and yet they took an additional month of rent out of our direct deposit account. They are holding it, until they feel like giving it back. Absolute garbage of a company with customer service to match. Don't do business with them. I have already filed a complaint with the better business Bureau, and will also with GLVAR and The State department as well.
