  • Online there is an email that was sent out regarding spend $40 receive $20 promotional card. I made a purchase of $60 when I asked the store the associate said once we are out we are out. Decided to call from home and ask about the the card was told by Bianca the supposed manager that once their store is out of them they are out and that if I wanted I could go to another store and ask them to see if they want to honor that. I called customer service the agent was appalled that the manager would even say that she said that's horrible that they are to instruct cute customer to call customer service so they can have that card emailed to them. And she said she couldn't believe a manager would even say that. Bianca your the manager keep yourself informed on what promotions your store has rather than be rude and snippy
