| - I was extremely disappointed with the parking. For the size of the venue, the parking is irresponsible in part of the owners of the ASU Gammage. I parked at a meter and went to get change inside (Who carries change these days?). No one had change and everyone at the kiosks were directing me to the box office. The box office only gave me two dollars in quarters and refused to give me more. The person behind the counter was like a robot, programmed to be rude, insensitive, and lacked empathy. Also, the parking meters are obsolete. They need to have a credit card option as others do throughout the city so we can pay without needing coins. If you plan on going to ASU Gammage for any event, due to the parking issues, I recommend you show up an hour and a half to two hours early. Recommendation to owners: turn your existing parking lots into multi level lots and underground parking. I know it costs money, however we who pay good money to go watch your events, need somewhere to park. Wicked and other shows generate adequate sales and profit every night for you to afford to fix your parking issues. Surely you can invest in an appropriate parking for your customers! Are customer important to you? Customers like myself who pay over $150 a ticket, deserve a parking spot... The show was great, but the negative mood with the parking ordeal ruined at least the first third of the show for me. Something has to be done about this parking issue! Please provide adequate parking for your customers! We will not return until this parking issue is addressed. Note to all other customers: if you show up an hour before or less, "good luck finding parking"! And don't expect anyone at ASU Gammage to care...
