Came here for afternoon tea at around 1pm on a weekday with our party of 3. We were quickly seated by the window - excellent light, but the actual service was a bit slower than ideal. Tea came pretty quickly, I had the snow white tea, and it had a bit of a fruity flavour, not too overbearing though.
The tea pots were all different - depending on the type of tea you ordered, which I thought was a pretty nice touch! Tea was refilled a couple of time, fairly regularly. Food was very nice, but nothing too special. The petit fours and goat cheese tarts stood out the most! The rest of the sandwiches fell a bit below expectations and scones were decent.
The main issue was that we felt rather rushed at the end of the 2 hours, and felt like we were being hurried out of the tea room, even though it wasn't even 3 yet. We'll probably be trying other afternoon tea places in the area though before returning here!
