  • Visited here with my husband last winter. It was our first trip to a desert area, so I wanted to make sure we got to see all the different things we could. Upon entering, I was left speechless. I literally started crying from the beauty glass artist, Dave Chihuly, brought to the garden. Chihuly is my favorite artist of all time, and I've never been able to see any of his work in person. That already made a huge impact in how much I enjoyed this garden, but there was still so many amazing things to see! There was such a variety of cactuses and desert plants. Everything was displayed so beautifully and naturally. There were plenty of benches to stop and take a rest, and there were water fountains here and there. Throughout the journey, I kept thinking how incredible of a wedding venue this would be! The only thing was the layout was honestly somewhat confusing. We tried following the map, and it helped out for the most part, but would occasionally turn us around. Honestly though, that didn't even bother me taking into account all of the greatness in other sections. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting or living in Arizona, and really hope one day I can go back!!
