| - Yesterday, I began my tedious search for a new apartment. Before doing a walk thru I did a little research online and compared area prices, specials and apartment amenities. That way I wasn't going into the situation blind. My first stop... Ashford Green.
Coming onto the property I already had a basic idea of the layout of the community. I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and homey feel I got as I drove toward the Leasing Office. Entering into the leasing office I was warmly greeted by the Lead Leasing Manager, a kind middle aged man, who offered my roommate and I a seat. From there our conversation about the possibilities of living at Ashford Green ensued. The Leasing Manager gave my roommate and I a page-by-page walk through of the leasing process for the two bedroom we'd soon view. He paused frequently to ask if we had any questions about what we were going over. As questions came up in our relaxed conversation he kindly and informatively answered them, providing us with great clarity about our questions.
After we'd completed our review of the lease packet, the Lease Manager took my roommate and I on a golf cart tour of the property and filled us in on "what's hot in Ashford Green." The golf course, free car care facility, pool, and work out facilities were on this "hot list" just to name a few. In the middle of our property tour we we're able to view one of Ashford Green's two bedroom model apartments and see what our potential living space would look like. We'd found it, A DUAL MASTER!! With two walk-in closets and a fireplace, that's within walking distance to the university, and priced at a GREAT RATE!! I was in apartment hunter heaven! Great apartment, genuine staff, safe community and a wonderful rental rate, I'm sold! Pleased with the our property tour and the professionalism of our tour guide, my roommate and I returned to our vehicles. It's safe to say that Ashford Green is ranked pretty high on my list.
