  • Disappointed. Apparently the free consultation is simply discussing high level information with the individual on the phone, who offers zero legal advice. Met with one of their attorneys to interview them for a probate and was charged $125 for the hour long strategy session but told if I chose to not use the firm this money would be refunded. After interviewing 3 different attorneys I chose a different firm. I emailed the attorney at Keystone of my decision, since I wanted it in writing. No response, but two days later I received a phone call to see what my decision was from someone other than the original attorney. I explained I had chosen another firm, that I had emailed their attorney with no response, and would like them to refund my $125. They said, no that was the fee for the strategy session, which as far as I was concerned was just a high level consultation. No action items were prepared, no real detailed strategy was developed. I will not recommend this firm and will let others know of my experience. Kurt
