  • This is the WORST place to live. I have complained for 3 out of the 5 months I have lived here about the noise of the upstairs neighbors. Its amazing that you can install a stripper pole on the third floor. I even e-mailed Ovation myself and they didn't even respond. They have done nothing, forcing me to break my lease. All the management knows how to do is get you signed up for a lease, they do not know how to solve residents complaints. Its sad because it looks like a nice place to live but its not. Avoid, Aspire and Ovation all together.
