I would like to thank linda in the players club she is a supervisor. Actually she is one of the most unprofessional nasty people I have ever encountered. The marketing department needs to give their player club employees consistent directions on how to explain promotions. Two weeks in a row I was given inconsistencies about a promotion and lost out on free play after playing to reach the 25 minimum points. Linda could not care less. Gave her my player's card my dinner and all my mailings. She gave me a nasty attitude. If anyone else has encountered her nastiness please let the GM know. They called me today after filling out their survey. Mmmmm. Must be okay to lose customers since when one walks out another comes in. Good reputation to have.
