  • When my wife and I decided to move to vegas from seattle, we researched las vegas for a good area within our price range and compared pros and cons for weeks on 20-30 apartments and Camden bel air fulfilled everything we were looking for. Its affordable, cat friendly, clean and well kept, gated, gym, pool, friendly courteous and competent staff. Dayna was our point of contact for most of our inquiries and helped make the move PAINLESS! Off of pictures and skimming through reviews we decided to make this place our home site unseen. We were terrified to put down a deposit and rent on a place we won't see until we move... BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! After driving from seattle we were welcomed by Kelsey and albert they could tell how tired we were and walked us through signing the last of the paperwork handed us our keys and let us go to our home, which I greatly appreciated. They answered all questions and concerns. Albert also let us know the garbage disposal was going to be replaced as well as a sink stopper. While we were moving in, Ray, the maintenance man replaced our disposal and stopper and was in and out. After packing all day I found out the a/c didn't work. called the apts at around 7pm and made an appointment to have someone look at it the next day at noon. Ray came 15 minutes early and within 5-10 minutes figured out the problem and the cold air blew. all in all my wife and I are ecstatic to live here, it just feels like home. take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Just come here take a tour, sign a lease and and enjoy your new home. Let them know I sent you.
