  • Where do I begin ... 1st - They made me pay out-of-pocket for a 2nd initial exam performed. So basically they received double pay for the SAME EXACT EXAM. I was double billed for my initial exam simply because they knew my insurance company would cover the 1st charge. My Ortho Mgmt team reviewed this and even they still couldn't figure out why I was charged twice for the SAME EXAM. 2nd - Their hygienist did my root scaling in the most painful and malicious way possible simply because she lost an argument with me that concerned her doing all four quads at the same time. She argued with me for 5 minutes that she couldn't do it all at once not knowing that the front office had already confirmed with my insurance company that all could be done at once. Once the front office advised her that I was right and I was scheduled to do it all at once, it was all down hill from there. She ripped my mouth apart and permanently damaged nerves at the same time. I cannot chew on the right side of my mouth now. If the pain continues, I will get a lawyer. 3rd - They always made me pay with a credit card on my way out the door and always asked for money towards the next visit to make my appointment for services not even rendered. However I never noticed them making anyone else pay an invoice upfront. They singled me out and their hygienist tortured me. There are plenty of quality Periodontists out here. This is not one of them.
