  • DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! I did a 12 month membership and tried to cancel on my 11th month (knowing they make you give a 30 day notice) they told me I couldn't cancel and I could just wait until my 12th month and I won't get charged the extra month. So that's what I did, and as expected they are now making me pay one extra month. The "Assistant Sales Manger" Bart Fleming told me he would "95% take care of it" (whatever that means?) and to follow up the next day. Sure enough I follow up today and he refuses to take my call and the front desk girl tells me there is nothing she can do. They should "95% get rid of him". This gym is very poorly ran, I definitely recommend checking out the gym right down the street on Ray. Trust me, do not sign up here!! There are much better options out there for the price. 0/5 Stars.
