The only reason I gave two stars is because the rents cheap and maybe that's why I had such a horrible experience. I lived on the second floor. I moved in February 2017 I moved out may 2017. I broke my lease because they have rats. I'll post a picture below that entered my apartment on multiple occasions from the vent in the laundry room. I noticed it when I realize my fruit were being eaten every morning and I heard noises late in the night. I complained to the front office they were very nonchalant, like this wasn't anything new. customer service relations sucked. Michelle the manager refused to talk to me and avoided addressing the issue personally and only by email as I requested to be placed in a new unit and I had proof there was a rat infestation. So they Placed traps and declined move me to a new unit. I can't believe I was still going to stay in the complex after the fact. On top of that the walls are very thin very old building. I would hear the upstairs neighbor every time they walked. They were very disrespectful with the noises they would make a late in the night after 11 PM when people have to work the next day. I complained to management but the disturbances still continued. Keomy who helped me with upon move-in seems very nice but overall has a shitty attitude especially when you have a complaint, question or concern. I broke my lease With sound reason they still charge me one months rent upon the fact they knew this was due to pest problems in the complex period as I've have recently researched has been ongoing. Also because of the rent is so cheap Younger people move here they are loud, rude and there's been a double homicide there this year 2017 that occurred right before I moved out. Please do your research especially if you want to live comfortably. My experience !
