Parking is a nightmare here 9/10 times. There's not enough parking outdoors and the underground parking is tight. And this is with the building not at 100% capacity (some stores not yet open/leased). There's only two elevators and the escalator is out of service a third of the time.
Nobody mans the box office anymore so movie-goers are directed to purchase tickets at self-serve kiosks installed at the counter (where people used to serve you). Movie selection is pretty limited as they tend to show at least 4-5 foreign films at any given time.
Concession items are overpriced. VIP offers some reasonably priced menu items and alcoholic beverages however.
Theatre is kept pretty clean, so they have that going for them.
Movie tickets are too expensive for services rendered, in my opinion. Would love to see and support more local theatres instead.
