  • This review is about my experience with the staff and property from start to finish with no sugar coating. When we first came in to see if this complex was a fit we were immediately greeted by two seemingly happy front office workers. One of them took us up to a vacant apt that we were going to hopefully move into in the future (I know sometimes they won't have the exact floor plan available due to people living in them etc.). We really liked the split bedroom plan since we have kids and I sometimes need all the space I can get :). We decided we wanted to move in and went down to the office and they explained ALL of the added costs on top of the monthly rent. Yes they charge you for trash pickup and only want it out at a certain time of evening but it's a nice luxury since they provide you with the receptacle and you place it right outside your door as opposed to piling the trash in a small dumster. If you don't like the idea of the extra costs at the beginning of the contract talks then ..... SAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND LEAVE! Everyone knows the costs right up front so deal with it. If it fits you then, you are in for a very safe and comfortable place to live! We always feel welcomed by the staff and somehow they always keep a smile on their face (I couldn't ). They are able to give us answers for any weird questions I may have and trust me I am not easy to deal with sometimes. They recently went through a change at Manager here and haven't missed a step . Jessica was a great Manager and always had the staff on top of their game . I personally enjoy the events they put together for us tenants. I feel even with Kids that we fit in with this mostly younger crowd of college students and young professionals . I really appreciate the covered parking and the free coffee that is always readily available in the office (during office hours ). My wife appreciates the fact (since we have 2 Lil men) that we are literally next door to the Children's Museum and have bought a membership for that as well. I forgot to mention the workout room(s) that is accessible all times of the night . They have top equipment from ellipticals to treadmills and nautilus type weights to free weights and even have a bar area for you to make your own drinks for post workouts if needed. The ONLY con I have is they no longer accept packages in the office (which was nice in the past since as a working family I am not home during the day) . It's not a huge problem since the post office our mail comes into is about 2 miles away and so it's hardly a burden. You won't be disappointed if you decide this is your place. It is a nice home to be in and with great staff all around ...... Kind of a no brainer your wallet allows you to live downtown. Hope this helps!
