  • Beware! Do your homework first. I emailed this location requesting prices and obtained them in writing a week ago. I dropped off my car and later got a call with different/higher prices being quoted. These prices did not reflect the sale prices listed on the Fletcher's website. It took some doing but I was able to negotiate better pricing than quoted saving a few hundred dollars. Price compare first! Get it in writing. Negotiate! Not sure that I will return here. Following up: one week later I notice I now have an oil leak. I can only assume they did not install the new oil pan gasket correctly. BTW - I realize you open at 8a but how about letting customers sit inside when it is 96 degrees outside. No, instead you still inside and BS with each other while we roast outside.
