  • On USAA's recommendation we used Masters for a major renovation. It was a big mistake on our part to choose Masters. We continually discover the poor quality of their work. The pluming for our shower and tub were covered with tile -- no access for any repairs without destroying the entire wall. Installed an oven and microwave with no power lines. Had to remove both and put in electrical power. Had ruined carpets and drapes due to flooding caused by improperly built walls. Towel racks were put in with just screws into the drywall -- no anchors were used. Laundry room and adjacent bathroom were flooded due to improper installation of washer and dryer plumbing. I have been with USAA for many years. They made a huge mistake in recommending Masters. We will not use them again.
