  • If a zero rating would be possible I would give it. This company is a joke. I set up a total of 8 visit (two weeks in advance) paid over the phone (my mistake) $148.00, showed up to my first appointment called Kim multiple times without an answer. I drove over an hour in traffic, and still No answer. After waiting 30 mins outside I got in my car got a phone back saying that I wasn't on the books for an appointment and someone booked wrongly.. In which case Kim booked me herself. She told me someone would be there in 5 to 10 minutes so I got out of my car and waited in the cold for another 15 to 20 minutes. And by the time i got on the freeway Kim called apologizing. Talk about unprofessional and not being able to keep track of your own clients. Bravo to you Kim. I hope the $148 in your pocket for doing absolutely nothing feels awesome. I should have listened to the reviews prior to even booking/ paying. Lesson learned! Not to mention I found her on groupon and when I asked if I should purchase the groupon prior to scheduling she told me don't worry about it I didn't need to purchase the groupon and that she would honor the deal that's offered. Obviously a red flag, that I didn't catch til after the fact.
