This company employees at this office is very nice. I return my vehicle and the father of the owner brought me back to car max. we laugh and I said make sure your son knows I return the car. During the process of reserving the car I said so many times that Sunny the manager at car max will pay this bill. The gentleman said no problem he already called just need your credit card. I said okay he told me about that he assure me that car max paid their bills apparently that wasn't true, Avis sending me the bill. So may someone call car max clear up this bill with Sunny I was told by the sales manager at car max that you do send the customers the bill by mistake. Okay apology accepted but I need this bill take care of please and thank you.
