  • I had high hopes of a noodle shop opened by the guys who did Bachi burgers. Came to try this place out to compare against Fukumimi and Monta. Shouldn't have bothered. The broths were so salty, the wife and I had 3 glasses of water each to go with. Noodles were ok, cooked to an al dente, but the broth is what makes a good bowl of ramen, and theirs is certainly lacking. Also had a yummy order of the chicken wings, which were served with some sort of aioli dip. Perhaps they should consider a fried chicken shop instead...because these were delicious. It's a decent eatery, but I probably won't be returning as there are better options.
