  • I took the Pole Level 1 class at the Arville location on Sunday for $20 (normal price is $30 but it's cheaper on Sundays). The studio is extremely cute and vibey. The girls that work there are all so nice, warm and welcoming. It was my first pole class ever and WHOA, I loved it! It was so much fun and I did not realize how much of a work out I was doing until the day after when my entire bod was sore! I got a couple of bruises here and there but what do you expect if you're moving your bod like Yoncé ¯\_(?)_/¯ I thought my experience was going to be intimidating and scary but no-way, it was the total opposite! There were 2 girls in the class that were sooo good - they looked like PROS with their heels on - they were so encouraging and it made my time there that much better. I can't wait to come back and try their lap dancing class! Thanks Pole Fitness for a terrific time and work out!
