I live in Columbus Ohio and love Mongolian BBQ. We visit them quite frequently, however while on two business trips to Pittsburgh I decided to visit this location. First off, the service was extremely poor on both visits. My first visit it took almost 10 minutes before the waitress even noticed I was sitting there. The restaurants in Columbus when you are seated they ask you for your drink orders and if you want tortillas and rice, when you return from making your first bowl of food, the rice, tortillas and drinks are at the table waiting for you. Not in Pittsburgh, when you come back from making your first bowl you better expect to wait 5-10 minutes before getting your tortillas and rice. Your soda will only have 4-5 cubes of ice and will not be cold. The grillers in Columbus will flip, turn and chop up your meat and veggies on the grill so it cooks evenly and sometimes they even put on a cheerful show or will talk to you while your food is cooking if they're not busy. Not in Pittsburgh, they plop down your food on the grill and that's where it will stay for the majority of the cooking time. They will only flip/turn your food once or twice at the most, and will make no effort to chop up the large pieces of meat and veggies. As a result your food ends up tasting burnt. This restaurant needs a more cheerful customer focused staff and new management BADLY!!!
