Purchased a button maker online and add-on die. Came quickly.
Turns out the one i got was defective in that the add-on dies didn't exactly fit and got stuck once they were in there. The main machine was fine however. Contacted customer service and was told to send the machine back so they could potentially fix or replace. However, they wouldn't provide a return label. This is a heavy machine that needs to be shipped internationally. Why should I be responsible for return shipping costs when it obviously has a problem? I could see if i just wanted to return it. I offered to return the defective parts, they insist that i send the whole machine back. Didn't even offer to send replacements.
It's not a perfect machine and not without it's other issues outside of the main one, but this just puts the nail in the coffin for me. Haven't gotten a response to my latest email. Not gonna be purchasing anything else from here again for fear I'd get stuck with something that doesn't work.
