| - This is a pretty neat bar. It's located within walking distance from where I was staying, which is a total plus! I love the ambiance. Upon entering, you notice that the place is very dimly lit and smells of sweet incense. There are couches and soft plush chairs with small, round tables. It's an intimate setting. The music was low, so you could actually hear and be heard by whoever you're there with.
We were there around 11, and the place was pretty quiet, which I like. There were people scattered at tables, but it was easy to find a seat. They have a good selection of mix drinks, but I just had a malbec. Their wine selection is very limited. The person I went with doesn't drink, so he had a virgin Bloody Mary. He says that it's good...I'll just take his word for it.
Just like the general area, the bathroom is also very dimly lit. In fact, it borders on being too dark. The decor consists of walls of mirrors, including the stalls. I had a difficult time at first finding the stalls. And then there was the issue of it being very dark in there. I tried to look for a light switch, but alas, there was none. It was awkward, but guess you have to make do with what you're given.
Overall, I really like this bar. I like the feel of it. The lighting works out well and it's got a very chill ambiance. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.
