  • Met my parents at Golden Corral for lunch on Sunday. They were super busy! We were seated all the way in the back where private parties are held. Getting up to the buffet was a challenge. I waited in line for several minutes just for some mashed potatoes and a yeast roll. I was disappointed to see their meatloaf had the gravy on top instead of the ketchup topping I like, so I didn't bother to try any. Other items I enjoyed were the mac & cheese, pot roast, bourbon chicken, steak fries, a pancake & french toast (love the breakfast all day, and they were freshly made!), sweet corn pudding, and a chocolate dipped star cookie & coconut macaroon for dessert. Yum! Things that could've been better besides the meatloaf- I didn't see any breakfast potatoes and the breakfast burritos were only in sausage. But overall, good eats! Just a lot of people to deal with.
