  • I am so late with this review! The owner is such a sweet lady and she really knows her stuff. She ran through the entire menu rather than the usual "stand and stare until the customers know what they want" I get from other businesses. Cheese Matcha Latte- The cheese foam was creamy and so good. The Matcha was a neutral base between the cheese foam and the sweet boba at the bottom. My sister really liked this one. Cheese Thai Matcha- It's the same as a green Thai tea but obviously named differently. The best way to describe it is a sweeter Matcha tea but with cheese foam on top. This one was so delightful. Overall, Bover is a great addition to the ever growing boba scene in Vegas. They also have soft serves so I'm hoping to check those out soon.
