  • I really wanted to love this store as I am a frequent visitor of 'The Danforth'. One day I decided to wander in as I had been looking for a very specific cheese. The sales staff greeted me warmly and asked if I needed assistance. I asked for the cheese I had in mind and the guy actually laughed and said "we don't carry that", in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. OK, so I was looking for a French cheese and I was in a Greek neighborhood, but he didn't have to laugh. They sell cheddar and that's not from Greece. I felt as if I had done something wrong and left. I was embarrassed. I'm sure their products are nice, but their customer relation skills are wanting. I prefer About Cheese on Church near Wellesley. The staff there has been nothing but incredible.
