  • Randy is absolutely awesome. About 6 weeks ago I bought a house in Chandler and asked Randy to come stretch and clean the carpets the week before we moved in. When he left, everything looked great, but 24 hrs later I returned to a very blatant wet dog smell throughout entire house. I called Randy, and he immediately agreed to return to rectify it. The part that wasn't Randy's fault - it was previously a rental property where dogs had lived for years, and clearly the carpet hadn't been cleaned. When Randy cleaned it, some serious stank was released that was lying deep in there, dormant in the fibers. Despite that it's not his fault, Randy still stood by his job/product, came back no charge, went over it again but with a strong, natural solvent. Carpet looked and smelled like new, and I could wipe away my tears and happily move in. Thank you, Randy!!!!! I recommend again and again!!!! Also, he's fast yet very thorough, and just a real pleasure to work with. Very nice guy. I Call this company!
