  • I went here Because it was close to my house and they excepted my insurance... After this experience,I'm never coming back there again... The doctor was great!she took care of me I was the only bright spot of this experience... I was texted my glasses were ready to be picked up. I sent my girlfriend to pick it up.They tell her that it wasn't ready to be picked up at this location and that my glasses will be there in the morning the next day. So I send my girlfriend back the next day in the afternoon and they tell her my glasses was forgotten by the doctor in the morning.She will have to return on Monday or if I need it today ,She will have to go to Henderson to pick him up.Really!! what great customer service that was ....They should've called me morning when they knew they didn't have the glasses and let me know my glasses were not available and that It can be pick them up on Monday, not wait until I get there. Once they collect your money. It seems they don't worry when you get your stuff. Will not Recommend this place to anyone I care about.
