  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! We had been coming here for years and it was fine but lately their level of customer service has dropped. Dr Aaron passed us down to Arik who is a Nurse practitioner (who is very arrogant, unprofessional and act as though we are an inconvenient to him when asking to clarify the diagnosis). We were asking Arik to explain some of the diagnoses and he started to give us an attitude. Initially the appointment was for FMLA papers to get signed that appointment was pushed back atleast to 3 different appointments and at one of those appointments he even said " If I sign this now you'll never come back for your other appointments" That was just one episode mind you all of these events were within a couple of weeks from each other. So I called to get files transferred to another Dr's office and was told they would take care of it, my husband also had an appointment with them that same day- mind you we didn't cancel we still planned on him showing up, we just simply wanted a copy submitted to the other Dr for a future appointment.So of course he shows up for that appointment and was informed the Dr left because we requested to have copies of his file transferred, no one called to tell us they were canceling the appointment for us so he showed up the office for nothing. So as soon he gets to the NEW Dr office we were told that only 3 pages were sent and none of those info were current. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!
