  • I had moderate expectations for this Food truck based off of visiting their website, so I went with a less adventurous order and got the Cuban. I enjoyed the taste but the portion size for the price ($9) had me feeling a bit ripped off. In addition, it seemed like they focused more on getting you the food fast than giving you a quality experience. The pork was well prepared and the other accompaniments flavored nicely with the meat, but the sandwich was served on a submarine bun (not toasted or pressed which is one of the main components I expect from a Cuban) that I would use to make a quick deli sandwich or meatball subs at a large family gathering. The truck itself seemed professional; however, I was surprised at the amount of microwaves (at least 2 I saw at a quick glance) that were on the truck - I haven't noticed microwaves like that on other food trucks. I may try the truck again when they come back because they have some other interesting items on their menu, but if there were other food options this would not be my choice.
