  • I have 36" Scag mower I couldn't get to start. I contacted local shops to see how much they would charge to come pick it up to do the repair. Lay of the Land is about 5 miles away and wanted to charge me almost $50 each way. So I had a repairman come to my house in an attempt to get it running. After more than 2 hours he couldn't figure it out and just gave up. I found Mathews Power Equipment on Yelp and gave them a call. They told me they would come get it and return it for $45- good deal so I told them to come get it. They figured out why it wouldn't start, fixed that, changed the oil, sharpened the blades basically gave it a full servicing and returned it to my home all for $207. This place has a customer for life. Very impressed with the level of service I received and at a fair price!
